How do you show an investor an idea before it becomes reality?

For Marina Investment we created visualisations presenting the concept of a multi-storey car park next to the hospital.

Our task was to translate the investor's project and vision into an image that lets you grasp the scale, character and workings of the planned development at once. Instead of describing the idea with plans and documentation, we show it in a form you can see and easily imagine.

Visualisations like these are an especially valuable tool at the early stages of a project. They help convey the vision to investors, partners and decision-makers, and clearly present the potential of the planned solution.

Because when an idea can be seen, it's far easier to understand, evaluate and get buy-in for.
