In this animation for Moderna Holding we focused on showing more than the architecture itself. We showed the lifestyle buyers get along with an apartment at Kanwa Apartamenty by Skaryszewski Park.

Here, the closeness of central Warsaw blends with the nature and calm of Skaryszewski Park and Kamionkowskie Lake. A morning run through the greenery, tennis, light reflecting off the building's façade. Together these scenes build a vision of premium everyday life, where city and nature exist side by side in perfect balance.

The whole film is built on ultra-realistic shots of architecture, people and surroundings, which make the line between visualisation and real footage all but disappear. These are the details we focus on most, because we know that today's buyers don't just buy an apartment. They buy emotions, atmosphere and a way of life they can picture from the very first seconds of the film.
