Investment plot, Targówek

We don't show an empty plot. We show the project a client can imagine on it.

For the real estate agency Raxa we created an animation presenting an investment plot in Warsaw's Targówek district, along with its development potential, location and the possibilities it offers a future investor.

What sets this piece apart is that the whole thing was made without a drone.

Instead of classic aerial shots we use satellite imagery from Google Earth, which we transform into dynamic, ultra-realistic animations.

This lets a real estate agent:

✔️ show the plot in the full context of its location

✔️ spark the investor's imagination and illustrate the site's potential
